Itinerary

Day 1 UK - Barcelona (Spain)

Fly from the UK to Barcelona and transfer to the port to embark your brand new ship. Mooring in Barcelona overnight gives the option to enjoy an optional evening of Flamenco with a traditional Spanish dance show.
Day 2 Barcelona

Barcelona, capital of Catalonia, is a celebration of history and heir to Greek, Roman, Gothic and Arab cultural legacies. Enjoy an included panoramic tour of Barcelona, taking in the Columbus Monument, Port Vell and the Arc de Triomf. Alternative options include an excursion exploring the magnificent architecture of Antoni Gaudi, and a visit Catalonia's most beautiful abbey, Santa Maria.
Day 3 Marseille (France)

Marseille is rich in historic treasures, nestled between the Mediterranean and rocky hills of limestone. Two 17th-century fortresses dominate the charming Vieux Port, or Old Port, the natural harbor that hosts all manner of watercraft, from sleek elegant yachts to old style fishing vessels. Its picturesque quay is one of the world’s most romantic walks, lined with dozens of cafés and shops. Also worth exploring is the city center, graced by La Canebière boulevard. Linger in a café and sample the city’s signature bouillabaisse made from freshly caught fish.
Day 4 Monte Carlo (Monaco)

Monaco is an ancient principality which covers less than one square mile and is known primarily for its Grand Casino and Grand Prix Circuit. Explore the playground for the rich and famous, visiting medieval areas including the Prince's Palace and St Nicholas Cathedral. As you stay late in port, there is time to step inside the Place du Casino. There is also the chance to take a popular helicopter ride over the beautiful French Riviera and an exclusive tour of Grimaldi Royal Palace.
Day 5 Florence (Italy)

Tuscany is known equally as the cradle of the Renaissance and a center of culinary delights and astounding wines. Throughout this emerald-green countryside dotted with cypress trees, endless delights unfold. Among them is Florence, a living museum of the Renaissance. Brunelleschi’s famous Duomo dominates the medieval cityscape—an architectural achievement. Another Tuscan treasure, the Square of Miracles, unfolds in Pisa. Here, a trinity of masterpieces—the Leaning Tower, Pisa Cathedral and Baptistery—comprise some of Europe’s finest art and architecture.
Day 6 Civitavecchia

From the port of Civitavecchia, take a short drive to the historic city of Rome. Discover the treasures of the city on a guided tour that takes you to the impressive Colosseum and the Baths of Caracalla. Optional excursions include a visit to the ancient city of Tarquinia founded in 449 BC and an after hours visit to the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel.
Day 7 Naples

An included guided tour in Naples takes in some of the magnificent Greek and Roman architecture at the Piazza Plebiscito grand square and the Royal Palace of the King of Naples. Alternatively, visit the ruins of Pompeii which was damaged by the eruption of Mount Etna, ascend to the crater rim of Mt Vesuvius in a 4x4 vehicle, or visit the beautiful town of Sorrento.
Day 8 At sea

Enjoy the ship's facilities on a relaxing day crossing the Ionian Sea.
Day 9 Corfu (Greece)

Spend a full day on the island of Corfu, home to charming pastel townhouses and white sandy beaches. Drive to Kanoni to view tiny Mouse Island and the Vlacherna Monastery before following the coastline to the Old Town. Optional excursions available in Corfu include a drive to the seaside resort of Palaiokastritsa sampling Greek Ouze and meze at a local restaurant, and a bicycle tour through charming villages and breathtaking scenery.
Day 10 Dubrovnik (Croatia)

Explore the walled city of Dubrovnik with its bright terracotta-roofed buildings and baroque and renaissance spires. An included tour takes you high up with magnificent views of the city before exploring the city on foot along the marbled main street to the Dominican monastery. Alternatively enjoy panoramic views on a cable car ride, drive through the countryside to a family-owned vineyard or perhaps immerse yourself in local life with lunch at the home of a local family.
Day 11 Split

Wander through the centre of Split, a city that is built around the Diocletian Palace, on a guided tour, to the historic quarter, passing pre-Romanesque churches and Gothic chapels. Alternatively, drive through the Croatian countryside and cruise down the Cetina river or see the picturesque waterfalls at Krka National Park.
Day 12 Venice (Italy)

See the sights in the magnificent city of Venice with a boat ride to St Mark's Square followed by a guided walking tour Saint Mark's Basilica. Exciting optional excursions in Venice include a walk through the lesser-known areas, and a visit to the islands of Murano and Burano.
Day 13 Venice - UK

Disembark and transfer to the airport for your return flight back to the UK.
